Why do I have to request access?
For security purposes, an administrator needs to grant you permission to access information about patients and submit transactions on behalf of the provider you represent. You will receive an email notification once the administrator has taken action on your request. If you don’t know who your administrator is, please contact your provider relations representative.
What happens when I get access?
Depending on what permissions your administrator granted, you will be able to view information such as member eligibility, benefits and care gaps, submit secure transactions such as authorizations and claims, and access reports.
Work with multiple medical groups? Not a problem.
You can request to associate with multiple providers. After submitting a request, simply select the “Request Another Association” option. The administrator for that provider/medical group will need to review and approve your request. Once your access has been granted, you can easily switch between providers after you have logged in to the portal.
